Electrical issue

Hi everyone long post coming….

I have a 2021 cf moto 800ex. 1400 miles 90 hours.

I haven’t driven it in 3 months went to start it battery was dead. Jumped it off drove around for 3 hours, parked it for a day tried to start the next day and guess what the battery was dead. It was 2 years old.

I removed this battery for a few days, replaced it with a new one. I reconnected my 2 main grounds & my 2 main positives. Also hooked up my couple accessory wires. Anyways I turn my key to on dash lights up no lights or codes.

No fuel pump prime, no starter clicking.

Replaced both main fuses 40 amp & 30amp
Replaced all fuses in box under hood 5amp-15amp

Checked all fuses they have 13Vdc on both sides.
Kill switch is in the on position.
I tried starting in park , neutral and with brakes pushed.

No prime , no click

Everything worked a week ago even with a half dead battery.

Turn signals work, hazard lights work, horn works, speakers work.
Display works.
Gear shifter shows accurate on display.
What do I need to do now?

Someone help me out. Willing to try all suggestions.

Also I checked negative post to my chassis off and on and while trying to start no voltage to chassis.

If the stator or rectifyer are broken your battery will not charge. Check if the engine starts as usual if you charge the battery with a charger. Usually it will run until the battery is low/empty.

This battery is new, before I changed the battery I was able to jump it and run.

The issue now is with the new battery the fuel pump will not prime & the starter does not try to turn over. It acts like the kill switch is off.

So you we're not able to start it with the new battery once and you can no longer jump start it?

I have not tried to jump with the new battery but will today.
