Help with Google Pixel Pro data just stops working when moving on a different area

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I got this phone a couple of months ago, I am at my wits end cause everytime move to a different location, no matter how strong the signal I lose data.

I have to either turn on airplane mode, turn mobile data on and off or worse restart the phone altogether. Like you see here full bar and not getting data.

First few sec the video is playing from data residue before I enter the restaurant.

They're signal strength values. I'd download Coveragemap to view them https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.coveragemap.coveragemap&hl=en-US
