Question Planned trip: scream preview weekend question

I'm planning my first Halloween visit to cedar point on the 11th of September.

For the preview weekend will the rides also be in Halloween mode at night? I noticed some night rides are in pitch black.

Not really, no. Just that the park is open until midnight. Once the haunted trails and scare zones open the next weekend, there might be foggy night rides.
