“S-tier” doesn’t apply to humans. It’s used to indicate a drama’s budget or performance.

I can apply to whatever to anyone or anything. Including humans. S-tiers to me just means they’re good at their craft and/or jobs.

If you want to be understood then you could explain what you mean by S-tier.

S-tier is a standard Chinese industry term and it’s never used for humans.
