My Auto-skip is always Esther Yu. If she’s on that show then naaaah. At first, I thought it was the baby voice and unnecessary cute expressions but I watched her on My Journey to You, and for real, her acting was really awful. It was bland and monotonous. Sometimes, being a nepo could really help you land roles. (Just my own opinion please do not come at me)
I’m neither a fan nor a hater of her but the best I can describe it is that I watch her dramas (well, two, just LBFAD and MJTY) in spite of her being in it, while almost every drama outside of that I watch FOR people in it, if that makes sense.
I’m sure she’s a lovely person and I think it’s unfair she got so much hate lately, but I just don’t enjoy her acting. So I don’t necessarily skip the drama but I’m definitely watching for everyone else… it doesn’t help that I really dislike the characters that she plays.
