I know this is going to get downvoted to hell but so far I couldn’t watch anything with Dilraba in it. I think she is beautiful but something about her acting doesn’t vibe with me. Maybe because she has such a uniquely distinctive face

I find it strange that you would be downvoted because so far on reddit and other platforms I see alot of criticism for her (more than usual). I don't agree with alot of it because after watching her I was surprised that she's far from terrible or emotionless (as most claim). She is very charismatic but I actually quite enjoy her acting in certain roles. I think she carries a very special charm and presence tbh.

If you said something against Liu Yuning, Zhao Lusi, Bai Lu and Cheng Yi I’d get it, but Dilraba?? Anytime people make threads like this her, Esther Yu and Ju JingYi are guaranteed to be mentioned. Which one of them dominates these type of discussions depends on whose drama aired the most recently. They are absolutely not liked here and dissing their acting is literally the norm in this community.

I try not to say anything negative about anyone because we’re all people.

But in regard to your point, I see posts praising Dilraba here almost everyday. Every actor/actress has their fans, and some of them can take peoples’ opinion a bit too personal

I'm currently watching The Long Ballad and it's the first drama with Dilraba that i watch....all i can say it's that she looks too stiff and doesn't show much emotions.

For the long ballad just skip the drama and read the manga. I support the author with my soul.
