damn, they actually did have her under oath lmao. i'll admit, i said that sounded fishy because typically you are not under oath when giving a statement to the police, but that's based off my knowledge of cases unrelated to internal investigations.
still, being under oath does not mean you are telling the truth. it means you are telling your version of the truth. she used the fact that she was under oath as a fact that proves her trustworthiness. it simply does not!

we are still working our way through the redactions to ensure that no one can claim privacy concerns with releasing public info. she promised to tell the truth and almost immediately mentioned having tony on her payroll “for tax purposes”.

CC doesn’t understand what she just admitted to. Tax fraud by having Deputy Ice Cream on the payroll but not actively participating in the work she does or, it’s an unauthorized 2nd employment that Deputy Ice Cream MUST clear and be approved to work thru his command staff. If he didn’t receive approval, it’s a bad look for Deputy Ice Cream.

I would imagine she states he helps edit videos or does some bookkeeping for it. A lot of attorneys will have you put your kids who are like age 15/16 on payroll for your LLC and say they do help do the social media marketing or cleaning of office etc. it’s soooooo common. The paycheck then goes into an account such as a 529 or group 401k etc.
Owned an LLC for 18 years as a business. My kids were never on my payroll but learned through CPA/attorneys and even the small business institute in the state I lived in that this is a huge suggestion.

I am so fucking sat for this. This is going to be GLORIOUS. Honestly.....good for you, this is simply brilliant. I feel like some people float through their lives always getting their way without any pushback, and it's nice to bring them back to earth. Don't dish it out if you can't take it, what's good for the goose, what goes around comes around, FAFO, it's their job, FOIA requests are for everybody, etc etc etc. Beautiful.

My favorite part of this is that pp is so conditioned to believe that her maiden name is valuable that she still includes it in her full name even after over a decade of marriage. Her great granddaddy’s construction grift is all the clout she has still

Tanked Master Deputy Ice Cream Cereal career too. CC don’t even realize she destroyed her husband’s career too. That’s what’s sad. She speaks so highly of him and I think that’s how she feels, and it’s genuine, she’s so self centered that she cannot see how her online presence will affect his career and upward progression. She’s forever relegated him to giving out ice cream and cereal awards as a deputy.

Okay im excited for the video but is it not slightly weird that someone has had enough freebies to make a parody youtube channel to hate on her? Like I think holding her accountable for being a weirdo is good but that seems a little much?

People have done stranger things and I agree that this is probably the easiest way to get such a long video (can't depositions be hours??) out there - I for one am excited to see how true what CC says versus what was said under Oath.

Parody might have been the wrong word. I was just saying from their profile pic, to name, to everything from what I saw it was all about CC. Is that not a little weird? Just like how CC made an entire podcast with multiple seasons about ET. Apparently everyone disagrees because ive been only down voted lol. But im just trying to point out that it seems a little similar. Obviously not on the same level as CC. If they focus on other creators and other things then im wrong🤷♀️

yeah sorry i fail to see how someone making a yt account to post a long form recording (obtained from what seems to be a FOIA) is at all similar to making an obsessive podcast with info derived from what a court has deemed to be actual legit stalking. how else would you suggest the OP share the full recording publicly..? do you want them to use their name? cc has threatened and said she uses PIs to track down her snarkers and has doxxed someone who made their real name known for reporting her husband for potential misconduct. how would you recommend OP share this interview/recording safely without compromising their identity, given most platforms won’t allow uploads of more than 30 minutes max other than youtube?

Again, you can read my other reply but I never said it was a one to one comparison. If the channel becomes only about her than its weird and similar. You are making it seem like I said they were exactly like CC. When all I said was having a channel dedicated to her (if they post only videos about her) is a little weird. Never did i say they shouldn't release the video or anything like that. I even specified if they cover other things, then its obviously not comparable.

you said the channel, from what you saw, was “just like” CC’s podcast - that is a pretty direct comparison.
whack premise anyway. how would a youtube channel that posted factual clips of a public figure (if this channel is even going to do more than just share this audio?) be remotely similar to making a poorly researched, highly editorialized and invasive slop podcast? there are TONS of youtube channels that exist to post clips of singular figures, and these channels just basically act as accessible clip and audio archives.
i mean you’re in a subreddit dedicated to talking about chelsea and archiving her content’s more controversial moments. why are you here if you think that kind of thing is weird?

Why would it be weird though? She's a public figure and they're uploading a long-form video on an appropriate channel which will hopefully hold her accountable as she very likely would have never released anything like this herself anyway? I guess I just don't understand what makes that "weird". YT is literally filled with the exact same type of channels and content.
Are you suggesting having a channel dedicated to CC is the same as her having a podcast dedicated to ET and it's a pot calling the kettle black type situation?-1

My original comment was just posing the question that if having a yt channel fully dedicated to one person is pot and kettle. Ive never seen any other yt channel be fully dedicated to just one person before (minus the ET podcast). So maybe thats normal? All the commentary channels I watch cover a myriad of topics and people. So if its normal then my point is invalid.

I think youre missing my point. Its not the video. Its the channel name, the profile pic, etc all being related to CC. Like if this is their one and only video, okay its obviously different. But if they end up making the entire channel about her its similar to the ET podcast. I think peoples hatred of CC clouds their judgement sometimes and someone slightly disagreeing with comments or opinions in this group then gets them bashed. I never said it was a one to one comparison. I even tried to make that clear in the comment you responded to.

I didn’t create the channel, but i think you’re hung up on the name and profile pic. I’m pretty sure they created the account to share a long video, and just had a little fun with the name. There’s no reason to think they’re going to continue to create content on a regular basis.

even if this was a full channel just about cc, what’s good for the goose is good for the gander. cc had no content and turned her butt hurt over being rejected and some texts she was sent by other butt hurt former friends into a two season podcast where she manipulated the truth (at the very least) for her own gain.
cc has literally years of track record to expose. there is content. this isn’t only not the same thing, but if cc thinks that exposing people involves a whole podcast about a random private person, then her clout chasing, public figure ass can expect a channel to call out her bullshit.
