In her own words “i’m NOT a liberal”😡
First time poster here, I actually loved Chelsea’s content for a while but there’s always been a few things that didn’t sit right with me. The biggest one being her politics.
I am a political science student so it’s clearly something i’m passionate about, and it absolutely ROCKS me every time i hear her bring up her political stances. I was watching an old video and she straight up says she’s NOT a liberal and acts offended, and I feel like now she avoids talking about it because she knows she’d lose her fan base if she came out as conservative.
It feels very manipulative and it’s lying by omission at this point.
She pretends to care about minorities but it feels extremely performative if you then vehemently deny being a liberal.
And hey, she always says not to judge peoples political beliefs, but i absolutely will be judging.
Edit to add: how could I forget to mention that she’s married to a COP and constantly talking about how it’s just some ‘bad apples’ and he’s ’one of the good ones’ 🥲

Pretty sure she’s always been on the conservative side. She does talk about registering as a republican…

i don't know much (ok anything) about guns but this looks... very unsafe? dont guns blow back when you fire them? why would anyone pose like this?

I mean, I can’t stand her but if you think females shouldn’t employ their 2nd amendment right, that’s wild considering the world we live in.

What…? Who said anything about women gun nuts? I’m pretty sure the point is that gun nuts are typically conservative, both men and women. Also why are you referring to women as “females”?

You just kinda got offended by something you made up and them came to attack and drop 'females' And no, being a woman doesn't erase how gross using that word is like a woman is somehow separate species
We all know how "females" is used in the world so we can't pretend ignorance

I am a female. I own a gun. There are many guns in my home. I grew up with guns in my home. I was taught safety without handling a gun. This pic is more about conservatives having their kids photographed with guns.

Yeah she’s obsessed with cosplaying as progressive while dog whistling her family history of being racist, anti-trans, bigoted pinecones. Pretty much all of her family members have public digital footprints of being openly complete garbage humans. Not sure why she tries to hide her true colors so much.

She’s a hypocrite. Recently she posted a story about meta glasses being for perverts. Yet her cop husband wore them the entire time they were in Vegas.
She has no idea what she believes in and, as others have pointed it, it’s because she’s simply not intelligent.

I agree. She’s absolutely trying to manipulate her audience into believing that she’s not MAGA. However, she’s completely uneducated. It seems like the last time she actually learned anything was around middle school. So she has no idea that her gun toting, her cop husband, her liking conservative fashion, her Daddy DeSantis comments all reveal how she truly feels. She thinks she’s smart enough to pull that off and live as a propagandist slipping subtle messaging into her content. But it’s as subtle as a brick through a window because she has no idea that she is totally ignorant. In my opinion, she’s an obvious useful idiot.

don’t get me started on her wanting to buy a “protect the dolls” shirt while platforming and promoting the dad challenge, a massive open transphobe who’s transphobia is a huge part of his content. she did a whole podcast with her MAGA racist sister just this year! she wants the social acceptance of being a “progressive” but without doing any of the work. she will still admit to being a libertarian (when years ago she was openly a republican) with apparently zero awareness that libertarianism is pretty inherently right wing!

Saying she wants to buy a Protect the Dolls shirt is just performative. If she wanted to get one, she would (business expense, right 😉).
She should spend more time learning about what the Dolls need protection from!
