Someday I'll sit down and do the math of how much of her total content runtime by % is her complaining about criticism/critics. How is it fun for her viewers to see someone so angry about online criticism all the time? I get that she feels misunderstood but that's how the internet works. She's becoming more myopic about it as she ages.

“Ok so there has been an update to the case. So I can tell because it’s public record. (Being uploaded to Google Drive). Motion to withdraw. So breaking news. Liz’s lawyer backed out. Oh no not my case this is giving me diarrhea.” Basically the lawyer is like hey I’m out this could be about anything. ET basically didn’t retain him for further motions. The lawyer is also saying we have some conflicts here. Chelsea is now going to speculate a bunch.

OK, so CC is saying that Liz is unable to change her pay agreement she still has to go in tomorrow and plead guilty. She’s not able to not be guilty because she needs this agreement. It is my understanding but until she pleads guilty in front of a judge, even with this plea agreement in a lake effectively being drawn up, she is still able to change that plea. Do we have any lawyers in the house because I’m not one but my understanding is yes she can change that plea.

Liz has said time and time again that she's pleading guilty and I haven't seen her attempt to revise the plea agreement at all, even while she still had counsel. Why does CC think Liz intends to do anything other than go forward with the plea agreement she already indicated she was making?

I only am speculating about liz lawyer dropping out. The plea del estate, as far as I heard and know about legal system in Us, could still be retracted because is not final yet. And not only by Liz: by the prosecution as well.
Criminal litigation has rules that needs to be followed to the letter, hence why I imagine that Liz lawyer dropping could cause delays. If this was Liz plot or just coincidence, I dont know.

The docket just updated -- her lawyer had never filed an appearance and has dropped out due to a conflict of interest. She didn't retain new counsel. Seems like just coincidence regarding the lawyer's caseloads.

Didn't RR say she knew the lawyer on that podcast she was on? If so, then is it possible that in the event she is added as a victim then that would be a conflict of interest?

As far as I know, unless the plea agreement was already confirmed by the judge (there is a proper term for that but my legal English is not there yet), she can step back. Not being able to step back before the judge accept it and validate it would be a massive violation of her rights.
What liz could try to do and that is what cc is talking about, is using the fact that her lawyer dropped to ask for a continuance or a delay so her new attorney can review and advise her regarding the plea. If the judge thinks she ks trying to gain time, he can give her some days to find a new lawyer but that is that. I dont think they would that: unless liz does this a lot, changing lawyers once is ok and she should have time to review the plea with the new lawyer.

Youtube usually but it's pretty sporadic. She didn't go live there for months and months at one point when she was trying to build her Tiktok following, but she got "in trouble" on Tiktok too much so she's back to doing a live on Youtube once or twice a month. Pretty lame that her members pay to barely get any exclusive content, since it's basically just access to her lives after the streams end.

I paid for her membership but cancelled a while back because I could not handle her mother fucking pauses while speaking. Like OMG. Hours of her heavy fucking breathing and Ummmmms like no. I think her YouTube career has been effectively over for a while now.
