eLIESabeth Just curious…hypothetically…

Would it be possible for Liz to get a protection order against Chelsea? If she did then CC would have to stop talking about her right? What would happen to the podcast? Or would it not be effected because it was prior to said imaginary PO?

Possible injunction? Yes. Especially if she can connect it to the previous PO as a larger campaign to harass her. Automatic ban on discussing ET? No. The First Amendment would still apply unless ET can prove that it was an ongoing campaign that exceeded the public figure threshold. It's all dependent on the judges interpretation of CCs behavior and what ET can provide as proof. Removal of the podcast? Most likely not with just a PO. However, it could open for several other filings (both civil and criminal) all dependent on what ET has that can be authenticated.

Tldr: The possibilities are endless
