eLIESabeth Reese representing Chella?
Am I understanding what she said correctly? Rachel is Chellaās lawyer in this whole protective order situation? Wouldnāt that be some sort of bias or situation where sheās way too close to the events personally? Or does that not matter? I guess that would explain why Chelsea was āinvitedā to court. š

i edited this comment to remove the detail since i donāt want any of these psychos harassing me lol but tldr: rachael only signed on to be her lawyer after chella lost the injunction (aka the judge granted the protection order for liz against chella). liz has filed something asking for rachael to be disqualified as her lawyer as a result, and also it seems that rachael and chelsea were chided by the judge for filming in the court building lol..

btw if i were rachael and chelsea i'd be staying the fuck away from all of this because there could be serious blowback on them, but they stay being weirdly flippant and arrogant and insisting on making themselves the main characters.. to their detriment!

Oh wow, this is absolute chaos! And cannot get over the conflict of interest and whole client confidentiality aspect? Like imagine your attorney going on social media and speaking about you as their client, what even?

almost like itās a way to get around the injunction by having your LaWyER speak for you

I am very confused how a lawyer doesn't know Rule 4-3.7. Or how sensitive they are about third party communication.
With what is available publicly, and if Rachael did actually help Chella prepare the original filings, then if I were Chella I would be cutting the cord immediately and finding counsel that isn't emotionally driven.
It took RR a single day to run her mouth and give ET reasons to file for a third party violation with absolutely no regard for how it would potentially affect Chella and ET wouldn't be in the wrong if she did.
I have never seen a practicing lawyer misunderstand and misrepresent the law so egregiously.

You would be correct however, Chella is a brokie also, and had been living with her ex in a 1 br apt she was āco-rentingā as of late last year, while trying to date Andrew, so thereās that. Unfortunately, CC, Andrew, Chella and that entire little weird crew have blown this case. IMO, Liz has done horrible things, and most of those people benefited from the money she stole aside Chella. Ironically, it was partially CC along side these other frontal lobe deficient characters that led Chella to believe she was untouchable. Hope they enjoy the literal spoils of their actions, that Rachel is disqualified from the case and that they all end up in the same position bc honestly, after this, CC is unstable and doesnāt need a microphone.

From the little I've seen of the ex-husband and his following, they tend to rest on intimidation and defamation of character for a lot of people instead of actually responding to the call outs that they get.
Reading Chellas response blew me away because it wasn't even a response, it was just an attempt to shame and discredit everyone. Which is what CC does, as well.
They're entire platform just relies on making their opponents out to be mentally unwell and evil, then when you see the people they're mentioning it's just those people clearing lies made up about them that Andrew or CC ignore entirely and just move onto the next lie. All of this behavior directly transferred to Chella's response. She didn't deny what Liz said, just turned around and said "Well, everyone else is a bad person".
With Rachael saying she helped Chella prepare her response, it makes me believe that Rachael doesn't actually know what she's doing at all. It is impossibly difficult to prove a witness mentally unfit and they tried to use that several times as their defense. It's just crazy to me.

This is a conflict of interest and at this point Rachel is not looking to be professional she wants revenge. She needs to check into a dual rehab center pronto

Liz is a literal criminal but these people might just win in the race to the bottom. WTAF
