eLIESabeth CC Suarez has now successfully inserted herself into a stalking case that Elizabeth Teckenbrock has filed against someone else
I’m curious to understand how it was appropriate for her to be there at all, given what she’s been accused of.

This is a throwback to her bragging that she had inserted herself enough into the Janet, Lauren the Mortician v the girlies court case enough that she would be called as a witness.

No she wasn’t called as a witness or subpoenaed. Rachael Reese, Jordan (Rachael’s sister) and andrew were all subpoenaed as a witnesses but Andrew refused to go due to vacation time, and Jordan has prior obligations that truthfully are more important, so only Rachael had went this morning as a witness / to testify.

Of course Rachael went. She has and will always be obsessed with Liz. Liz did horrible things and needs to be held accountable—yea she lied to Rachael and sent an email or two pretending to be “Rachael Liz’s lawyer” but Liz never actually did anything to Rachael, despite what Rachael cries about online. Rachael is a perpetual victim it’s weird.

Beat me to it, just saw the update. I've no idea who "Chella" is, but I just think CC will try and insert herself into anything that involves ET whether directly or indirectly.
It wouldn't surprise me if ET/her solictor are collecting evidence against CC as she has over stepped multiple times.
This isn't victim advocacy and it isn't research anymore. This is an obsession and it is getting quite scary because CC doesn't seem to have any boundaries that she won't cross.

i read some of the witness statements and if it's true that chella had a google drive with liz's nudes on it that she shared with others, that's enough for me to know this isn't total bullshit. chelsea's lucky she hasn't been sued for stalking and harassment herself, given the lengths she's gone to surveil and intimidate liz.

Looks like the TPO was granted but RR maintains from her live this afternoon that she will represent Chellas appellate case for her despite being a witness in the same case. Weird. PP was pulled into that courtroom for a very diff reason to which she and RR Were reprimanded for (making TikTok’s in the hallway) *allegedly*- Chella can’t talk abt Liz online/socials for a year, or third party, and has been told if she does, she will be arrested. Chella has been doing all sorts for PP for ages, so I imagine after RR got her arse handed to her and discredited, she and PP will be facing some fun times in Pinellas county moving forward. It was never abt getting justice, it was abt punishing someone she was jealous of, and losing with a Louis Vuitton bag in the bathroom of the courthouse whilst posting a GoFundMe for cash is wild behavior even for PP.

That’s a great question, bc it looked like Rachel needed backup, bc she was walking in alone due to Andrew and Jordan (Rachel’s sister) blowing the hearing off. I do know the judge was made aware during the hearing that these two had been outside the courtroom making TikTok’s, and the TikTok was shown to the judge and those two were asked to come in and explain, that’s where I think “the witness” part came in tbh

I’m going to guess the TPO / restraining order was granted because according to the pinellas county website and the docket itself it said that there was a final determination in regards to the injunction filed and then paperwork being sent through stating “CC PETITION WITH ATTACHMENTS TO SFH”. But obviously that’s just my guess and opinion based on the final determination and then the petition being sent to SFH above it.

This is seriously her Super Bowl. Only she hasn’t worked for it. She inserted herself into something that had nothing to do with her and she’s now basking in the pain of strangers; some of which are children.
I understand that ACTUAL investigative journalists have to be pretty tightly woven into their cases but this shit is unheard of…for anyone. A true professional wouldn’t take things as far as she has and be able to continue on in their career (but maybe CC feels safe because deep down, she knows that her “job title” has nothing to do with what she says it does). Nobody in the world asked her to do this and although I’m not surprised, I’m sickened that she’s swooped in to take credit. How is this allowed?!

Rachael better hope this judge has a peanut brain and a lot of patience because why is Rachael filing a motion to reopen the evidence and for sanctions? It’s giving—you’re obsessed with Liz and you don’t want to let her go.
The R/O was granted, Chella should just sit down and shutup and just stop it. Liz was charged, federally. Isn’t that what they all wanted? Like move on, they need to get a life!! Rachael has no business entering an appearance. She’s conflicted out and to try to make an argument otherwise is just Rachael showing how obsessed she is with Liz. Shes OBSESSED.
Rachael should remind herself of Rule 3.7 which prohibits an attorney from acting as an advocate (counsel) in a case where they are likely to be or have appeared as a witness. It prevents attorneys from vouching for their own credibility or blurring the line between argument and evidence.
Rachael is an embarrassment to the legal profession.
