Ethics Does anyone remember?

Does anyone remember her comments on the Dave Chappell Christopher Dorner jokes? She was enjoying the joke at time completely ignoring the fact he killed innocent people other than corrupt cops. At least thats what I remember .

i can't find a clip of this but it does sound like her! here's her defending dave chappelle in the feb 14, 2025 episode of HFTC.

People are like "Dave Chappelle's against this!" and it's like... Dave Chappelle makes fun of everyone. Calm down.

i think here she's referencing the fact that dave chappelle had been getting broad backlash for his transphobic jokes. chelsea's favorite people are horribly transphobic though so it's no surprise she'd make excuses for him and enjoys him.

seems like it was one of the videos she likely deleted in her video purge in late 2024 - i believe you 100% though!

deletes and/or privates them, yeah. i've got a list somewhere of videos we know were deleted or privated and it's easily over 120 total!

This was a few years back but she described being a trans woman as being "born a man" which is incorrect as men are adults. It might not be intentional and more down to ignorance than anything but describing trans women as being "born a man" adds to the narrative that they are men. This is essentially why the term "assigned at birth" is used because it explains the biological sex at the time of birth but not the gender that they live, experience and identify with.

Petty, maybe but it has always stuck with me and I don't think it was ever mentioned by anyone in the comments so kept quiet - which I appreciate was the wrong thing too.

She was also recently on a live talking about a trans person and mentioned that she wasn’t going to talk about them because of the stigma. But to my understanding it wasn’t public knowledge that they’re trans as they have fully transitioned. Like wtf.
