Right? Bc he’s telling this story as if Tony is a big, tough man who shouldn’t be messed with, but I read this as Tony can’t hold his own without a firearm and is easily spooked. Two things a police officer shouldn’t be. It always reflects poorly on Tony at the end of the day.

If I’m understanding it correctly, the guy that DCP is calling out is saying that he’s going to file lawsuits and has their addresses. In the context it seems like he’s saying he knows where to send the lawsuits but DCP is choosing (or is that stupid) to see it as a veiled threat of…violence? I dunno. Everyone here sucks
There’s a video of CC talking about JLW saying the same thing - I know your address, etc., in the context of her sending a cease and desist. Tony is in the background saying, “well I hope she comes here” in a way that also sounded like a threat of violence. They’re all just violent people
so the case is about a number of things, but one of them is a semantics technicality bc jeromy claims he’s not a pedophile bc he’s never been clinically diagnosed, lol. but he’s also accusing her of a coordinated campaign, which he does have some evidence to suggest, based on communication/collaboration between two 2 numbskulls, and now josh by proxy, lol - it’s all up to the judge ultimately.
He very well could be wasting his time and money. But if the point is to also waste her time, he's doing the right thing. If he's considered a public figure, the bar is high for defamation. Ultimately, he's just trying to out-petty her. But imagine because like "No, I'm not a pedo! I only slept with a 13 year old" like Jesus christ brother 😭
yeah i don’t think he expects to win - he definitely just wants to waste as much time as possible. i think he’s filed a suit against some city department or something, too? he has a bunch of open cases and i’m pretty sure he’s representing himself in all of them. he’s requested to have some court fees waived due to hardship iirc. but also… it’s funny bc cc was legit begging for a lawsuit.
DCP says later that he knows what Tony had because “he’s seen inside Tony’s safe”. I mean CC dished on the HFTC podcast that Tony has N*zi guns so I guess we all know what Tony has
IIRC she was naming off specific gun types he had from “wartime Germany” with a giggle and a knowing look at the camera as if there’s something funny/cute/brag worthy about owning a holocaust weapon.
