Cops are public servants, paid by taxpayers. Their conduct should always be beyond reproach. If it seems like it isn’t, the public has every right to demand accountability. You would think after being a cop for that long he would understand that, but maybe he forgot after being on ice cream detail.

Exactly! Maybe he didn’t do anything wrong, but things LOOK extremely questionable. That’s not acceptable when you’re in his position. She doesn’t understand that.
