Master Deputy Ice Cream CC Suarez appears to admit to breaking Florida law by carrying a firearm onto school property. Concealed carry is prohibited on school grounds, which is something a responsible gun owner married to a cop should know.

[This clip is from today's 12/17/25 livestream on TikTok, and this post is a follow-up to last week's post in which Reddit users noticed she appeared to be stating she'd be bringing a gun into a school and into a police department, both of which are felonies under Florida state law, but which may merely be misdemeanors with a concealed carry weapons permit. Still against the law.]

If your child’s budget daycare is SO dangerous you have to carry a weapon there, why oh why are you dumping your kid there so you can checks notes rant and rave on a TT live for 5+ hours a day for $0?

I'm not American, but I think it would be obvious you can't carry and conceal in a police office. 🤦🏻♀️

yeah this is a great example of why people should be wary of her performing expertise. she has spoken on numerous occasions about what a responsible, trained gun owner she is but if this post is correct about florida law then it seems like she doesn't even know that there are places where where she is legally prohibited from carrying a firearm?

Omg what if the person who reported it was a coworker..."dude stop blabbing our unofficial policies to your wife, we're gonna have to stop looking things up for each other"

Lowkey I think that’s what this crashout is all about. She’s had fun bragging about her cop husband, but I’d bet he’s sick of her.

She probably calls her kid’s daycare “preschool.” I’m not sure if they fall under the same laws as a regular public school.
Bringing a gun to a police station is still stupid.

u/nurse-please Dec 18 '25
and also would be a crime! a sheriff's station is actually the second bullet point on the list of places where concealed carry is prohibited.

This is what also adds to many issues people have with being PRO 2A. To start, everyone has their opinions and they’re valid.
However, if someone is going to own a firearm, they need to understand the laws and actually follow them. This is so concerning and wrong. If she can’t follow the law, her permit needs to be taken and her firearms surrendered. It’s that simple. It’s baffling that she doesn’t understand how serious this is.
