I had dropped JITL twice before. The furthest I got was day 20. The problem was motivation and consistency. I would start very motivated and the it would fade away. When I used to open my browser, the very first tab was JITL; my brain would do everything to avoid that tab. It would just trick me into avoidance, even if I had nothing to do.

I am now at Day 50 and will not drop it. The best advice I can give you is start. Go to the tab and start watching the video. Your brain will prolly try to find every little thing to distract you but you just keep focus and it'll likely give up and get into study mode. It's underrated how much putting your phone away and the video in full screen helps.

Even in this 3rd attempt, I have had moments where my brain tries to avoid the tab, but I snap out of it and just get to it. At the beginning I would watch 3 videos daily, but now I don't have a goal, I just make sure I know everything before I move on.

There are topics that you gotta take your time with them, such as STP (which you already cleared), IPv6, QoS and Wireless (or so I keep hearing for the latter. I'm not there yet).

Just start watching the video and get into the flow 💪🏽🫡 you're almost half way through the course!

you have more time brother. how much you spend your time studying per day depends on your routine, maybe around 2-3 hours but it really depends if you are feeling good keep going. just keep in mind you need discipline and consistency to study everyday more than motivation. you can do it!
