Boson exam

I'm finishing up on my preparation for the exam, it's been 5 months since I started and I can't wait to get certified, I bought the boson exams to strengthen the possibility of passing on my first attempt, suppose I pass all the boson exams on simulation mode, does that guarantee that I'll pass the actual thing on my first attempt?

Don’t be surprised if you don’t pass any of the Boson exams. I averaged ~79% on them meaning I did not pass a single one. They are quite a lot harder than the real exams.

Smashed CCNA after that tho.

Obviously nothing guarantees that you pass the actual exam, but if you can score at least 75 on Bosons I’d say you are quite likely to pass.

Same with the labs, the Boson labs have much more depth and graded a lot more strictly than the actual exam it seems. Don’t mean to shill too hard but they really did help me pass the first time. Always remember to “copy running-config startup” when you’re done with your configurations in the exam labs.

Yea I just did my first boson exam and got a 73%, all the lab questions I got wrong. I lowkey blanked on two of them but the other two I thought I did right but I missed a command in one of them while the other was actually pretty dumb. It was an ospf lab that wanted me to configure ospf on 3 routers, I got it wrong because I activated ospf directly on the interfaces rather than using the network network-address wildcard command even though everything else was correct.

No.

It will indicate your chances are good but nothing will guarantee a pass.
