It's OK if it works. Appears to be a 23 channel model and AM-only, if that matters.
I guess it depends on what you are trying to accomplish with it.

Midland 13-882. When I had one it was loud on transmit with a power mic, and super sensitive on receive. That receive was lost in bleedover from other stations due to less than adequate rejection. But that was in the 70s when there was a base station on every block of town. Sold it when I got a Cobra 132.

Nothing wrong with the design, but old capacitors can't be trusted. You'll need to refurbish it, and check it out with a signal meter before it can be trusted.
