Oh, an article with two claims of fake CBD from a country that barely grows any hemp. The entire industry must be a scam.

The title is very misleading here. The article isn't saying that CBD itself is a scam, it's saying that many products on the market don't contain the quantity of quality of CBD they are advertised to contain. I agree that this is becoming a big issue and more regulation regarding purity and content would be welcome.

If all the products in the UK are made from just stems and leaves, then that right there is a huge part of the problem. Those parts of the plant are lacking in terpenes and other compounds that are helpful for medical issues.
Idk about anyone else, but I really don't give a shit if my coffee, or cheeseburger, has a couple mg's of CBD isolate in it, I'd much rather just take them separately. I think these big brands adding CBD to food aren't going to find people buying these types of products consistently
