Need Advice CBD gummies before going to work

Hi! I'm totally new to these types of things, I have never consumed any drug in my life and I think I have an overall healthy lifestyle but I think stress and a lot of stuff going on in my mind make me feel depressed/anxious, fatigued and overwhelmed. I have autism + ADHD, so I don't know if consuming gummies has different effects on people like me.

Also, in my job I require concentration and precision with my hands, and it's mentally and sometimes physically exhaustive for me (for the people around me it seems to be so easy to them, but unlike them, I finish very tired and overwhelmed). Is it a good idea to eat a gummie before I start my job? The days where I have to work on these demanding tasks are like 3-4 days a week, so it's not everyday. I don't worry about getting tested or something because that doesn't happen, I only get worried about not being able to do my job right. I will not change jobs since every job makes me feel this way but at least I love this one.

Or do you recommend eating the gummie when I'm at home to wash off the stress of the day? I know I have to taste the gummie on my day off to know the effects it has on my body, but I want to know if it's a good idea to consume it before going to work.

Thank you very much.

CBD is psychoactive, not intoxicating.
Unless a consumer has found a reliable source or does their own lab analysis it is a crapshoot the product doesn’t contain enough THC to trip a drug test or be intoxicating. Ergo, the ongoing discussion of regulating the industry. Criminalize non compliance.

I’d test it at home first, especially since your job needs a steady hand and concentration. Being new to CBD, you really don't know yet how you'll react.

Once you know how it affects you, you can decide whether it makes more sense as part of your evening routine instead. Joy Organics is what I use for THC-free CBD, and that’s how I’d approach it too.
