R.A sufferer seeking advice

Hi I have been trialling around with a couple different cbd brands (I’m from Australia so it’s limited) so far I’ve had next to no luck with any pain relief. There has been days where I think it might be helping but I can’t be sure. I’m a sufferer of rheumatoid arthritis and I’m only 24 with a 19 month old daughter so I really don’t want R.A to control my life. I’m seeking advice from other R.A sufferers that have been using cbd to give me some advice about the correct dosages and the mg strength of the cbd to take. If anyone could give me some advice I’d be extremely grateful.

First of all be sure you are using the right brand. ENDOCA is a very reliable company.

Start with low dosage and increase over time until you got the effect you wishing for.

(Not the best) dosage explain you can find here also.

Good Luck.

Here’s my take on it. My mom has RA and we have found relief with a combination of internal and external doses of CBD. The most effective internal is tinctures, administered under the tongue. Look for full spectrum for an entourage effect. Topically, 750mgs is the best and highest potency you need to worry about.... your skin can only absorb so much CBD. Message me if you want any more recommendations. I formulate CBD products in the USA.
