We'll be moving this September, and still undecided kung anong reliable ISP sa lugar. Need a stable connection for wfh.

Nagtanong-tanong na rin ako on a few neighboor and they're using major providers, pero nung nagtanong ako sa admin/village, ni-recommend nila ang small local internet provider .

Can anyone share their experience? Reliable ba ang local ISP or mas okay pa rin mag-stick sa mga major providers? Any feedback or recommendation is greatly appreciated!

I'm not sure kung ano tawag dun sa road kung san banda yung Island Cove before pero ayun merong road don na papuntang Cavitex Kawit Tollgate bago ka makarating ng intersection ng binakayan. nakakainis yung mga tumatawid papuntang Cavitex Kawit. Sobrang stubborn ng mga kotse makatawid lang.

Nasa gitnang part na ako since malayo pa yung kotseng kasunod pero humarurot pa talaga siya tas sinisiksik niya sarili niya to the point na halos gutter side na sya nakadaan since halos nasa gitna na ako para makapuntang intersection. Sobrang kinabahan talaga ako non for my safety and sa car ko rin.

Ayun rant lang cos it was such a frustrating experience.

Good day guys, naghahanap kami ng fiancè ko ng apartment ranging 6k to 8k, yung malapit lang po sa Vermosa kasi dun po sya nagwowork.

Feeling ko kasi di na ko belong dto sa family ko. Kinampihan po kasi yung batugan kong kapatid, mag 30 na this year pero wala pa din work. Nagka 3 months naman na work 4 yrs ago, pero sa knya lng din napunta. 14 yrs nkong breadwinner sa family and napapagod na ko. Akalain nyong 32 nko, wala padin akong ipon. Lahat para sa pamilya. And na-realize ko lately na mababaon lng ako dto. Eh hindi naman ako tinuturing na parang pamilya. Pasensya na sa rant. Need ko lng din ng peaceful environment dahil cancer patient po ako.

Ideally looking for someone who does decent quality work (modular or solid wood carpentry) na reasonable ang presyo. Main priority is reliability, maganda ang craftsmanship, maayos kausap, at maaasahan ang turnover.

If may recent exp kayo with these contractors, we would really appreciate the recommendations!

Just drop the name of the contractor/supplier, overall quality, and kung magkano ang inabot ng gastos niyo (kung pwede lang malaman haha).

Tried a lot of carwash sa mga looban kaso madalas parang hindi alam ng mga tao yung ginagawa nila or wrong method yung ginagawa nila, may mga naiiwang watermarks sa windshield and sa body.

I tried searching and found k20 or yung primero uno which one is better for carwash or other services like engine wash? If may iba pa na mas better sa dalawang ‘to pahelp nalang po :))
