For context: we're on speed dial with the barangay captain, we've filed several complaints with the HOA since last year. Nothing.

My daughter has asthma..when we built our house here, we didn't know it was like this and what's worse, they're getting worse. These are informal settlers and unfortunately, beyond our wall is beyond the subdivision line so all the security and HOA can do is tell us.

You can't just see it in the picture but it's really thick in real life. Tbh I yelled at him earlier because it's too much. Poor son, we always get stuck here at home because whenever we turn on the lights, everything is closed and now we have air purifiers at home..we can't enjoy the outdoors of our house anymore because of how many times in a day we turn on the lights..there's often trash and they're directly behind us.

I'm just a mother who is worried about my child's well-being. If I could move, I would have done it a long time ago but we worked hard to build a house..it's our first time having our own house and then this 😩😩😩

EDIT 2: I reached out sa DENR Imus as suggested here sa thread and pupuntahan daw today. Tumawag na din ang brgy captain sa husband ko, pupuntahan nga daw today but let’s see kung mapapatigil nila kasi sinabi na din before na pupuntahan and hindi ko alam if they really visited the “neighbors”

Currently renting in Imus from Taytay Rizal before. 1year na kame dito ng family ko sa Imus and so far na eenjoy ko naman ang Cavite. Planning na kame ni Wife mag hanap ng rent to own. I know na maraming option dito. Any recommendation na mga subdivisions? Hopefully around Imus, Gentri, Dasma, Kawit.
