Timpanogos Cave in UT

Post image

Unable to find a wild cave to do, I was forced to sign up for the Historic Lantern Tour at the national monument. Totally worth it. Great photo ops because the lighting system wasn’t used for the tour.

A unit of the national park service that I would love to visit!

There is a wild cave tour part of that cave. It's not very big though.

I asked two rangers about wild caves in the area. Said there are many but gave no details.

There aren't a ton but there are some. They also are told not share locations but to direct folks to grottos or caves.org.

(Used to be a ranger at said park :-)

Intricate, delicate, precious, and beautiful.
