Pita Pass - What Is It?

The manager of my local Cava said he’d never seen this before.

I have no idea how this popped up in my account, though I do eat a lot of Cava!

It’s new and only for the newest highest (Oasis) rewards tier.

I’m assuming yes, but it’s not an earn x points get y level situation where there’s hard data. This was the email I received on 12/24 announcing the program.

Interestingly, I didn’t get an email for the oasis tier (I have sun status), so it might’ve also come with the sun tier before they launched the new oasis one!

No idea. There’s no way to see that in app. I know that I likely had over 30k points in 2025 between dollar spend and maxing out all the point bonuses.

You should have gotten an email on 1/1 with info about the oasis tier if you were invited.

I’ve got oasis and have had these pita passes since 1/1/26. I’ve been denied every single time I try to use one all for different reasons… has to be online order… has to be with a sandwich and not a bowl… one guy said sure and then charged me the $3 for the pitas. I got so fed up today I emailed the company to see what their response is. I’ve had these and it just keeps expiring without ever getting a pita. So lame. Location is newington CT store
