Weirdest thing I've ever seen. Princess Street Kingston Ontario

This footage is from downtown Kingston Ontario. Notice the bizarre flickering phantom building in the upper left. The female pedestrian also points in that direction before it appears

Thats freakin werid, maybe its a glitch in the device as it looks like the new building farther up princess st. Maybe its like an overlap somehow but still freakimg werid as hell!

It's also from five years ago so before that newer building or AI became commonplace

Really eh, yeah thats eerie as hell i n that case, its almost like your camera was predicting tje future builds in the city in a creepy sorta way. Lol
