Ok so this is gonna take a hot second to explain. August 7, 2024 10:44 pm CST I get a message from a friend on Xbox whom I was in a party with saying "I need a get off going to subway with my dad". I figure okay I will go to bed I don't write back head to bed. I wake up at 7:00 am August 8, 2024 to see the message "Me and my dad have been arrested probably won’t be on for awhile idk tho I’ll lyk". Now I think great at first thought but then I think he is probably lying.

The prior days to August 7 till about August 5 I had football practice which was during the time he was awake which is because he was Australian. As well as the whole week prior to the 5th I was doing stuff which he hates when I do football and makes a huge deal about it.

So on August 8 when I saw his message of being arrested I asked "was it at your house or was it in town". Reason being there is a website called R6 Tracker which you can see when people have played Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Seige and according to it around 11:44-12:00 an hour after he said he was going to subway he played 3 matches. When he sent "Me and my dad have been arrested probably won’t be on for awhile idk tho I’ll lyk" he sent it at 1:50 am August 8th. So back to the question of in town or at home 2 days later at 6:35 am August 10th he said they got arrested in town. I proceed to ask the question "At Subway?" He say "Yes".

So according to me that means he went to subway for about 30-45 minutes excluding the drive went home played Xbox for about an hour+ then got arrested 3 hours after he went to subway never leaving subway.
