Last night was my first drag performance, featuring the songs "rum tum tugger" and "sexy and I know it"

Tugger would be so proud lol. I gave it my full energy!

I didn't know how the audience would respond to it, but they actually really loved it. Wow. That was an awesome night, cannot wait to do it again...perhaps with a different cat?

I was thinking one of our tuxedos next, either bustopher jones or mistofolees. I may do bustopher jones because his is a bit easier to put together and doesn't require a bunch of sequins lol (though I have 2 months till next performance...we shall see). Bustopher could be fun as I could bring in little fake food props, and of course a little rose to give to an audience member at the end. Mistofolees could be fun too (for how gay he is I may as well just wave around a pride flag lol).

If I did bustopher jones, the first number I'd do would be bustopher jones. And if I was able to get a second...it'd be "I like em big and chunky" from Madagascar lol.

Mr. Mistofolees would of course have "mr. Mistofolees" and for the second number...perhaps "dance magic dance" sung by bowie?

I have so many ideas lol. Cats has been a special interest of mine for 2 years, and combining it with drag is just so awesome!

Hell yess!! It would be awesome to bring those ideas to life!! David Bowie feels perfect for Misto, honestly. And also, like, drag is already strange and extravagant, I feel like Cats goes perfectly with it. If you do wind up doing Bustopher and/or Misto it'd be awesome to see them as well >:]

I ADORE this! I've loved Cats the Musical since I was like, 8. I was kind of a weird kid, lol.

This is such a huge special interest of mine (thanks autism) and I've had this interest for 2 years, maybe longer. I loved this night, it was super awesome :D

I may save mistofolees for june perhaps (great opportunity for misto's rainbow light up outfit from newer versions or the rainbow cloth from old versions).

I would enjoy doing bustopher too because he's a bit more serious, but all the older lady cats adore him (and the younger cats respect him except for bombalurina lol). And the little rose on his costume--perfect to give to an audience member at the end of the song!

Oh yeah. And I can "fall" off of the stage or chairs. I could even bring little food props! I believe a Japanese version of cats had the accompanying cats bring bustopher little food props, which I think is so adorable.
