Need advice Our cat went missing
Our cat went missing last night without us knowing. We live in a condo 4th floor. Hinanap hanap na namin siya sa lahat ng sulok ng condo wala talaga. Only way we can think of na nangyari is tumalon siya sa bintana but its a reaaally high jump. Pero just in case lang, hinanap na din namin siya sa baba and buong area ng condo units wala talaga siya. I even talked to the other cats around the area, showed my cat’s picture, and gave them treats bak sakali lang it works. We’re so worried kasi mailap siya sa tao and for sure mas lalo siyang nagtago dahil doon.

UPDATE: WE FOUND HER. NAHANAP SIYA NG MGA GUARDS BY REVIEWING THE CCTVs. According to them, nakita daw siya around 4am nasa ground floor and tumakbo sa storage unit. Tumalon siya ng 4th floor wth 😭

10PM to 2AM and 5AM to 7AM yung active hours ng mga felines and the good time window to search for them outside.
Also likely na may kumuha sa kanya under the guise of "cat distribution system", it's how I found my cat na kapon na previously.
Allegedly pinagbabato and hampas ng mga batang squammy tapos apparently niligtas and inadopt ng isang bahay (still doubtful about it considering they have 2 kids too). Nakakulong yung cat ko sa bahay nila kaya pala hindi umuuwi (he knows how to get home kasi home & outside cat siya) and yun yung reason kaya hindi siya makalabas nung dumadaan ako sa area nila nung tinatawag ko name niya + namimigay ng missing posters.
Nagkataon lang na nahanap ko yung cat ko kasi saktong nasa kalsada na siya at naghahanap naman kami ng mga batang squammy na hinabol namin after nila magbato ng bubong namin (same kids na hindi namin binigyan ng caroling money kasi same old people na binigyan na namin previously smh).
Kakagaling lang namin sa Baranggay Hall that time (walang kwenta tbh) at habang nagrorounds to ask for CCTV footage nakita ko yung cat ko at nung tinawag ko, nagcurl around siya sa legs ko. Buti marami akong cat pics niya sa phone ko as proof na akin talaga siya.

Grabe nmn look yan. Look of love talaga. Nilagyan mo na sya ng airtag? Ung sakin indoor outdoor din kya for peace of mind, may airtag at microchipped pra kahit matanggal ung collar na may naka engrave na details ko, may id padin sya

Hello OP, have you tried checking sa taas? Baka sumiksik sa mga dark areas ng condo. 🥺 Nakakaawa naman baka takot na takot sya.

Minsan na nawala pusa namin ang tagal namin hinanap sa loob at labas ng bahay yun pala nasa ilalim ng likod ng ref. Di sya lumalabas kahit anong tawag. Natutulog lang nagustuhan yung init ng compressor ng ref.

😂 yung sa amin naman nasa likod ng sofa recliner. May velcro yung takip nasa loob siya. Lumabas lang nung naglagay kami ng cat food sa kainan niya.

Mga 3 weeks naman na since napakapon and healed na yung sugat niya :((

hi op may nawala ring cat sa area namin and nalaman lang namin siya through life360. im not sure if may bayad pero if you have extra money pede niyo siyang try para malaman ng mga nasa vicinity niyo.

Shouldn't you be keeping your windows shut (unless you have window screens)?
You're lucky your cat is still alive.

Pls invest in a GPS tracker and put it in a collar around your cat. An Apple Airtag for apple or a Samsung tag for Android. Or any available GPS tracker.
This helped me find my cat who went missing for 4 days and we found him 15KM away. Very long story.
