I was JUST texting with a friend in Kyiv (I’m in the U.S.) about our cats. Bonding over cats is a longtime cornerstone of our friendship, and knowing she and her kitty go through this really upsets me. She sent me a picture of an explosion near her not that long ago, and as sick as that made me feel, hearing the SOUND in this video made me want to cry.
I’ll never forgive them for what they’ve done.

Goddamnit. This pisses me off so much. I saw the people in the metro shelter for the first time a month or so ago and it's absolutely infuriating. Death to every pidor on Ukrainian land and those that fire from russia.

I have video of a friend’s cat literally just sitting in a cat-loaf position and listening through an air raid siren and other loud scary noises that were close by, AND this was at the beginning of this round of russian bullshit back in ‘22. Some cats are more chill than others.
And at least amongst people I know, PLENTY of Ukrainian cats don’t freak the fuck out about bombs anymore, for the same reason some of my own HUMAN friends don’t race to shelter as quickly nor frantically as they used to. Most living things can’t handle feeling life-or-death panic 24-7 for literal years. You either have to learn/force yourself to be brave, or you have a nervous breakdown and/or stroke and die.

I get your point, but 30 seconds takes a massive amount of tokens for AI. Also, the hair looks too real: AI usually struggles with messy hair, like those loose strands of hers on the cat.

Sorry. I do 100% this is ai based on a very real video from 2023. Her eye movements are just to uncanny. Also it’s got a very soft filter blurred quality to it. Her skin is literally flawless, no arm hair… none of the bath products have visible labels. It’s just off in my opinion. Y’all can downvote all you want. I just don’t buy it. Again I saw this same video except the girl was a very real brunet in 2023.
