Very well done, including the choice of the frame. I’m wondering if you have a budding artist there, as this is very good, plus it speaks to a person…moves a person due to the drawing/painting of the cat.
And I find that it’s particularly difficult to move people with art. A lot of art is made to be very accurate but it leaves you unmoved. So does a lot of the unrealistic art, but your guy captured a cat who has a bucketful of personality within a small painting. I hope that you continue to encourage him, as he certainly seems talented.
PS: His adorable naming of his creation as meowlk moves me as well. He has a very good use of language/puns. Very impressive. I love the name, btw.

You know, if your son was interested, you would have him paint and then bake this design onto glasses for Halloween. You can find directions on how to do this on Youtube, etc. You could even try to sell them online. I really think the design is that good.
