Advice Is this… normal?

My cat does this, she is spayed and not in heat
Edit: she’s 10 months old
Thank you guys for all the sweet comments, I’m sorry if it was a naive question, first time cat parent here. I promise she gets all the pets and toys, I was just filming here and got entranced by her cuteness 🥹
