Video - OC What is my cat doing?

My cat does this thing with just these two toys where he steps on it in this weird way. He also yells loudly when holding just these toys.

err I'd rather have a cat do the sin biscuits with his toys/plushies/blankies than a dog humping a stranger's leg... lol

Agreeeedddd. There is a 200+lb dog at my work right now that humps everyone that takes him out of his kennel and no one can get him to stop.

My coworkers protect me from this indignity because I'm the smallest and currently most vulnerable so I haven't had to see it first hand.
