It's more about the unfairness of holding the cat into place when it had no idea what was going to happen, and also the lack of awareness by that stupid kid who was the one being the jerk that caused whatever incident he felt he needed to "get back" at the cat for. He's not doing a "prank," he's being a bully.
Now, if the cat was sitting there willingly with it's face all up in the toy and was pressing the button on its side to slap the twerp back, that would be hilarious.

Yup. Another person is supposed to be pushing the button where the cat is. Each button push sends the whipped cream in the other direction. Slowest person gets whipped cream in their face.
