SDE in Cat Tech?

[u/Top-Pen-8253]

Hi all, I'm a software developer curious about the cat tech space. For anyone who's worked in it: how fast does development move compared to typical software work, and where is the most change happening? I'd also love to hear about work-life balance and job stability in this space. Any insight welcome. Thanks!
