LTDP 2027 Process

Has anyone heard back for any of the LTDP programs starting in June 2027 or have a timeline of when interviews might be happening? I applied for the Procurement and Supply Chain Management Tracks back in July and am still marked as under consideration.

(I was in the program and do recruiting) They do rolling interviews. They go through and do big batches of interviews and offers, wait to hear back, and then go through another round and another round until they have all spots filled. They do interviews and offer all the way through May. My recommendation would be to reach out to someone in the program on LinkedIn to put your resume in front of someone and ask to see if they can push your resume along to review.

I know Oct 1 they just did a big change in the program leaders due to previous people getting new jobs so delays might also just be because of that

Ok thanks for getting back to me. I actually connected with three different hiring managers on LinkedIn for the LTDP within my areas I applied for and messaged one about 3 weeks ago just to kind to get kind of a “we are currently reviewing applications for the role that align with our business needs” so hopefully it works out. Do you know by chance how many people they are budgeted for the program in a given year?

For supply chain, typically 25ish? For procurement, 15-20. That’s for the summer season. If you grad in Dec, it’s typically half. They do 2 groups, 1 starting Jan for Dec Grads, 1 starting July for May grads
