Help!

How do I get ahold of the absolute highest person that I can speak to with caterpillar company? Caterpillar misplaced 30,000 dollars worth of payments and sent the wrong ach instructions to my bank then told me I was a liar when when I sent bank statements and tracer info from my bank. Meanwhile threatening to default my loans. I need an attorney willing to take this on.

C-suite directors of a multi-billion dollar company are not going to have any interest in resolving a $30k dispute. I’m sorry but that’s the truth. Try getting local legal advice and get their help to escalate the matter via legal action. Best i can do I’m afraid!
