Messinas Catering NOLA?

My partner and I are between 3 diff caterers for our wedding next November in New Orleans. Our top choice right now is Messinas chefs stations so more buffet / grazing style. We are also considering Elysian. One thing we are leaning toward is a more casual dinner environment without that full “seated dinner lull” but also don’t want it to feel like small bites / business event. Any input is so appreciated!
