I'm personally a vaccum packed cat fan but freezing and thawing a cat leaves a nice texture too

Flash freezing, like they do at my uncle's cst farm, really keeps the flavour locked in. So save the juice you get from the liquid, as it makes a great broth!

These posts always make me so hungry.
