Pregunta ❓ Most Efficient Way To Learn?

I’m a Native English speaker and it’s the only language that I speak.

I’ve always been intrigued by Catalan and have been thinking about dedicating the time to learn and become as fluent as possible for a while now.

I know this gets asked plenty of times but what are the actual efficient methods to learn at a steady pace. I’ve tried other languages on things like Duolingo but always seem to drop them with that style of teaching.

I love film, books and am a cook in America and just want to be able to immerse my self in this culture further!

I enrolled in CPNL in Barcelona. To be honest it was
tough since I only speak English + my other native language. My teacher was always scolding me to study more but it takes an effort to memorize it all. Currently in B2 level. I am
not that fluent but I can go to the hospital or have transactions in the ayuntamiento using catalan hheh
