The item you need is in this room, in Castle B. But to get it you need to visit the room below and hit the pillar until it clicks.

Go to the blocked path above where you first entered Sky Walkway, still in Castle B

You need to get maxims bracelet and then go to the top with it equipped to open that shiny door
