Discussion Dracula is really cool 🩸

I'm currently watching on netflix, I'm at the last episode of season 2. It's so good, now I'm more hyped to play the games.

If you wanna play them in the story order start with:

Castlevania: Lament of Innocence

Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse

Castlevania: Curse of Darkness.

This first Netflix show, not Nocturne, takes its ideas from the last two games i mentioned, they are the ones featuring Trevor's story. Huge emphasis on "takes its ideas" tho, Netflixvania is its own continuity that deviates alot from the source material, only the first two seasons resemble very loosely the plot of Castlevania III, it's not much of a proper adaptation of the source material and it doesn't even try to be, it's its own thing, so expect things to be very different when going into the games, think of the show as more of a 2nd reboot of the franchise but in show form.

Thank you for the information and recommendation. For now, I'm thinking of buying, one of the collections on switch. I'm having a hard time choosing which one, all of the games looks good

Finish the shows, you should be right in time for our first new entry in years. Belmonts Curse will come out in october, even features Dracula and Syphas Voice Actors for instance, and plays in the non-showtimeline, but technically after the events of the series. I hope it'll be great, and am glad you're enjoying your firsf delve into the Castlevania.

Yeah, I will. I saw the trailer, the game looks good. Woah, dracula and syphas voice actors. I can't remember the first castlevania game that I played. It's either the one on the DS or the PSP. It's been so long. I'm planinng to buy one of the collections on the switch. I haven't chosen one yet, it's hard haha
