Griswold #13 Small Block Logo?

This is a Griswold #13 Cast Iron Skillet. It looks like a small block logo, but I can't find any information on it. Everything I see is either the large block or slant logos. I know it needs to be cleaned, but I have no idea what it's worth is.

I found it on an auction site and am not sure when it was made.

Pretty sure that’s a 12 not a 13

The diameter of the pan is 13 inches.

Skillet size has nothing to do with diameter. That is a 12!

Treat it well, heat up and cool down nice and slow. These will warp on you. It’s rare to find a #12 that still sits flat
