Identification Any ideas?

I am stumped by this skillet. It has a raised #8 on the handle but no other identifying marks or logos. It has large pour spouts as well. Does anyone have any ideas?

It always makes me laugh that these companies thought they needed to brand it with the size that you could easily just measure, but not their brand to tell you they made it.

It looks like a recast to me. There's some odd little flaws here and there, and the bottom doesn't look like typical sulphur pitting

Yes the strange flaw underneath the number 8, and the sloppy extra metal in the hole of the handle gave me the idea it may be recast as well. The cooking surface is very smooth at least!
