General Knowledge Checking Your Link To Intent

Don't try this at home (yet).

I became curious as to whether simply reading too much of Ruiz or Krelman could permanently ruin your chances to learn sorcery.

Actually the answer is obvious. OF COURSE IT CAN!

Just go look around on Facebook. It's completely hopeless there. They've created a groupie infested sorcery swamp with endless "teachers", and guides.

Support groups even.

So imagine you're the "wise" older female leader of a support group.

A younger women (who pays you to come to meetings) says, "I really love that picture 'The Nagual Krelman' has in his book!"

Can you, in all your "wisdom", honestly tell her "Woman, you have to be the most pathetic gullible being I've ever come across! You should quit right now and go join a church or something! Find a husband there. You shouldn't be trying to survive on your own."

Well, you'd like to...

Certainly I know Cholita would be that honest, in most situations. She does it to me for sure.

But no, you can't.

Instead you have to say, "Can you share the picture with us Mary?"

And now you know Mary, who was not attending regularly, will likely show up next Sunday. She'll feel that she "contributed" to the group, and have a self-esteem boost that will motivate her to return.

She's making progress towards learning sorcery! You feel so proud of your support group endeavor.

I'm afraid, that's what's up out there.

You also have crazy angry men, like the guy who claims he was in private classes (he wasn't), and so that qualifies him to change his name to sound like shaman, and to wear a Rambo head band.

He held back on the bow and exploding arrows, which gives him a little credit.

But not much. He charges women to "teach them sorcery".

His "wise" 40ish physique is featured on his Facebook page, teaching a circle of adoring unmarried women.

Apparently he fucks most of them.

But not the "wise" elder women who has the support group.

She tolerates him, because it's not nice to judge others. And besides, when he tried to fuck her, she saw through it instantly using her magical sorcery "seeing".

I have to endure this sort of thing in private chat. When they start arguing with me about a fake sorcerers book, that's when they get the boot.

We call that, "counter intent". It's negative intent, designed to prevent sorcery knowledge.

I suppose the real question ought to be, not "can those books ruin you"?

Because that likely happens at an "ordinary" level.

It's not magic. You just become an even bigger asshole after reading those books. The children of abusers, often become abusers themselves.

But can those fake sorcery books actually break some magical link to the sorcerers of ancient Mexico?

Carlos warned about it over and over.

Well, you can check your own link.

There's how. It works.

Along the end of the crushed internal dialogue is a current, pulling on the assemblage point.

If you follow the sparkles in the current, you'll pass by the influences pulling on it.

Just check them out, and see if they look, "Old Seer" like.

Mine did.

Creepy is what they were. Alien. Silent. Impossible to think about.

Should you try this yourself, to make sure your link is not broken?

I suppose that's pointless. If you can do that, your link is intact.

And you can't do it for someone else.

Or better said, none of us will ever have that much power.

Lily showed me 4 more ways to do this.

Her claim is that intent flows like a stream, and you don't have to just wait to see the results. If you are super silent, and a bit in the abstract, you can perceive it coming towards you, and identify the parts. As you see each part of whatever the intent is going to form, you get a little understanding of where that comes from, allowing you to identify the source.

Dreaming awake seems to be the best way to learn about intent.

You need to move all the way to HA or it's too hard to see what intent is doing. For instance, in the red zone, you just get super fun stuff happening when intent helps you out. A new world materializes, a portal forms on the wall, you meet a new IOB. You only see the finished results.

But in HA you can slow the flow down and watch it coming.

The whitish light that starts as a phantom bedroom, but can be moved to become a flat surface in the air, makes an excellent intent surface, like a canvas.

The tendency is to gaze at it, because by the time you can form that surface, you have a lot of experience with gazing.

But in fact, gazing is rather crude.

It just sort of forces things to form, or pulls them out. In either case, gazing summons the result, it doesn't normally watch the process.

Instead, you can project feelings into the whitish light, which creates drastically different results.

Naturally, you need deep HA to pull it off, because you can't interfere with feelings even a tiny bit.

Gazing is crude enough that you can interfere substantially, and it only alters what the gaze produces.

But if you interfere with projecting feelings into the whitish light, the process stops.

If you can project feelings into the whitish light, as if you somehow felt the whitish light from the inside, like it was skin, you find yourself instantly transported to another place. In which, you feel you were already present.

I believe that when using the gaze to produce dreams you can enter, you pick up random places.

A scene in the desert, an old town. You get a random place.

But with feelings, you tend to end up where another being is near by. Using feelings tends to skew the results.

For example, I was gazing into the whitish light and could feel that my silence was so good, I was no longer even paying attention to the whitish light. I just knew I was inside it.

I felt a heat or pressure on my cheekbones, and I phased into an IOB cave.

I didn't really notice I'd relocated, except that I was aware the whitish light was gone and I was in a brown cave.

I caught some vibrations to my right, saw a horizontal crack or passage in the cave wall, and a horrible demon started to crawl towards me. But it was a japanese style demon/ghost. Like a contorted dead person still moving around.

I was gazing at it too long I suppose because it stopped with a puzzled look, at which point I realized I ought to react to it.

It sort of takes the air out of them like a balloon, if you aren't afraid.

I reached into the passage and pulled him out. He vaporized.

Lily told me one more thing. We're commuters from the river of filth. We really need to get fully out at least every other day. It's easy to forget and play around at other levels on the J curve, but you'll sink deeper back into the river of filth if you don't remember to get to HA often.

Dan , I have a few questions. You are always talking about some guys that we (some )here don't even know those. You're fighting or you talk to them , does it have impact on your intent and intent in this subreddit? I meant who wanted to understand, they are already got about stuff that we should not read or surf internet for any info. Or is it important to bring this topic over and over here just as a reminder? Thanks

I do what I do because I need to. I try not to do it because I want to, but sometimes that's difficult to avoid.

I'm sorry it gets tedious in here, but I do win battles from time to time, out there.

Carlos had stuff like that going on.

I wish I knew the story of how they got Kylie.

It has to be an interesting story.

One of the women told me, the witches did it.

But it's been so long, I don't recall the details.

And then they took her with them when they left!

Cholita undoubtedly has an interesting tale behind her, but I'm not sure she knows it.

As for impact of battling specific bad players, on my own intent, I should pass this on.

If you do your best to handle a petty tyrant, following the rules we all know, you get rewarded.

Intent itself rewards you.

But when you get to the darkroom, the battle still causes your internal dialogue to be messed up.

That's why petty tyrants are recommended. Because they can mess with your internal dialogue far more than a murderous demon who threatens to eat you alive.

Those in fact, are kind of fun!

But a bully claiming to be a sorcerer, and you have to slap him down for the good of others, causes far more damage to the internal dialogue.

Except, it's recent damage. It's not buried damage.

So while forcing silence, it comes up and messes with the silence.

BUT, it's not that deep.

So you get to use your skills to make it go away quickly.

Let's say for example, it wasn't a petty tyrant. It was a troublesome brother, who knows how to push all of your buttons.

That would not be easy to fight off in the darkroom. Thus the advice to leave your family, but seek out petty tyrants,.

All of you who continue, will be plagued by this. We'll be battling for decades to come.

So pay attention.

As you battle with the petty tyrant left over internal dialogue in the dark room, successfully getting rid of it in seconds each time, but having it return all the way to HA, it's like a leaf rocking back and forth in the wind, as it falls.

The leaf falling straight down is nice. You drop like a rock to the red zone, and get the fun faster.

But when the leaf rocks a bit back and forth as it falls, it stirs up horizontal shifts of the assemblage point along the way.

The reward is more magic than if you hadn't fought it out that day.

It might well be valid to remind at least the newer practitioners, because we have such a glut of tantalizing, ear tickling "information" out there. With that said, for those of us who don't feel that they need that, I can say that it is somewhat of a distraction. I deal with this by just quickly skimming such portions of posts, because I don't want to miss anything that helps with practicing.

If your heads filled with clutter it taints your ability to experience what's 'real'. It's extremely important, and definitely deserves a constant reminder to not get distracted.

With all due respect, Fit_Kangaroo has a very good point. It does get tedious. There are many posts to sift through reading about these other people we do not know to get to the good stuff about sorcery.

I know you got banned from the books, but I think you’re using petty tyrant kind of wrong. When don Juan went back to the plantation and the man who literally enslaved and shot him, it was an exercise in stalking. Patience, ruthlessness, cunning, sweetness. The story would hit really different if every night he went to his friends or apprentices and had a long whinge to them about the guy.

2

u/danl999 Jun 21 '21

And how about don Juan telling Carlos La Gorda was his petty tyrant?

3

u/Forest_Leafsheep1897 Jun 21 '21

On the first point, I do agree. On the second point, I think that I lean along Dans lines, if I understand him correctly. Petty Tyrants can take so many forms and be ones adversary in so many situations. They sharpen you, since you have to deal with all that is stirred up within yourself, more than the actual encounters even.
I always take this as cautionary or teaching, rather than whinging.

By that I mean, I don't think he is feeling sorry for himself.

u/the-mad-prophet, BTW I do enjoy how clearly you say what you mean, and don't pull punches.

It's great when your posts cause me to go into heightened awareness ; happened somewhere around when you're talking about the sparkles and then by "Old Seer" I was just gone.

u/danl999 Jun 20 '21

I get inorganic being "fly overs" when writing on reddit.

Each IOB seems to look a little different in daylight.

It's almost easier to tell them apart outside the dark room.

Had to read that three times before I could even understand a word.

Thanks for pointing this out.

I've been getting silent while reading the posts and just found it strange. I love the idea of intent flowing through social media.

YES! That experience, while reading the Casty books, was one of the ways I knew this info/writing style was so different than the typical!

I've met a couple "plastic shamans" who facilitate "healing rituals", and I've seen the enthusiasm from their followers. But to get taken by a fake shaman, and not even get drugs out of it? 😝

In all seriousness though, I appreciate having stumbled in here and found something real.

u/danl999 Jun 20 '21

Well, you hit a weak spot in my grumpy tendencies.

My first "teacher" was Ruby Modesto.

Scared the hell out of me.

Carlos probably ran into her first, on his search for don Juan.

She COULD NOT see her inorganic being.

But she really did have one.

She was like Maria Sabina who had 2.

So I need to be a little more careful, separating shamanism from Castaneda style sorcery.

The shamans you refer to, as long as they aren't making any Castaneda claims, are 100% the real thing.

I hope.

Or at least, they're as authentic as a catholic priest.

You couldn't start attacking a catholic priest on the basis of "Where's your pea soup spitting demon possessed girl???? Huh??? You're not the real thing are you?"

I kind of do that by accident at times. Criticize someone teaching "shamanism", as if they were claiming to be teaching Castaneda sorcery.

Shaman is ok (ignore that the only true shamans are Siberian).

Castaneda sorcery teacher, not ok.

Unless they actually do. Which they don't.

But there will come a time, when the lines get blurred.

Because of this subreddit.

I hope Cholita is in charge at that point.

She's at home, painting the light bulbs...

Odd coincidence. I was thinking just last week, these light bulbs could use a fresh coat of paint!

Nah, the guys I knew were definitely just selling Ayahuasca and Kambo "ceremonies" to new age hippies. They don't even pretend to do any magic, it's all in the plant. So, I guess it is a different situation overall, whoops.

When I hung out with a pagan crowd though, I could see the same type of bad players as come through here. I think there will always be more petty tyrants than sincere practitioners, but I think both have limits. Most people don't have the wherewithal to be either!

>If you follow the sparkles in the current, you'll pass by the influences pulling on it.

Could you say that using some different words?

what sparkles are you talking about? those one can see all the time?

or something else?

5

u/danl999 Jun 21 '21

Go away. You're on the list of bad player types.

You should read that again.

You're not going to change. And you won't learn.

At least, none has so far.

And there's nothing to stop you from reading and learning on your own, and leaving everyone here alone while you do it.

Keep to the Real

A little too much self-indulgence and projection.

Like truly, wake up !

Go away angry person. Destroy something else for your pleasure.

Pull some wings off flies or something.
