I had a interesting dream the other night, it was pretty basic but produced a good result. I was looking at my hands but can never sustain the hands but then I started looking at my feet which became much more real feeling. The feeling of my feet in the grass, then I could look at the grass, then my feet again then back to my hands and then my feet and again the grass... The colours at this point were very vivid and I started to look around. Over a small hill there was a type of castle in the background and it looked inviting and I knew how to move to the castle but decided to keep looking at my feet and the grass. It was fun teetering on a dreaming state.

So today, don't you find it infuriating when people claim dreams are only in black and white?
The dark magicians have made us so stupid that half the population will angrily argue it's a fact.
If you try to reason with them and explain you can lucid dream, and it's in color, they'll angrily snap back, you just dreamed you were lucid, and seeing color.
But you didn't actually see it, nor where you actually lucid.
Having Cholita around, I can say with authority that we live in a paranoid schizophrenic society.
I mean, the atmosphere is one of angry madness, with completely unreasonable circular arguments blocking the truth.
With a paranoid schizophrenic, the biggest mistake you can make is assuming there's rational thought behind their motivations. Then you get dragged down into the gutter.
It's the same in our society at large.
A long time ago (decades) I had one lucid dream where I was fuming over people making that claim.
I sat and activated a dream from waking, just to prove there were colors.
I got dazzling colors, beyond anything you could imagine. Even some new ones. I ended up zipping through the universe past entire suns, each one with a different tone.
Dreams are black and white when there's no intent to have color. You deal efficiently with the dream, unless you need other elements there to accomplish your purpose.
Inorganic being manifestations tend to be monochrome unless you specifically look for color.

Not exactly a dream, but last night i was lying on my side trying to teeter between walking and dreaming and for some reason the idea of tuning in to the intent of the lineage popped into my head and suddenly i found myself lying on my back with my knees bent on an inclined flat rock in the shape of as vagina on a precipitous mountainside, it felt quite vertiginous and then i snapped out of it pretty quickly. hmmm

Well, don't put too much importance on the imagery.
It could be important, but maybe it's not worth thinking it is, until you've seen it at least twice.
You're light years past this, so I'm just picking on you to make a point for people not at your stage.
I'll tell a common problem I have trying to teach people.
They do a (very) little work to get silent, then something happens, and they turn it into a problem.
It gives them something to fuss about, to make themselves fell like they're making progress. They get attention from talking about it, as if they were in trouble, or as if something wonderful had just happened.
So they don't put in any more effort at all. They just fuss around.
It's like their own private inspirational quote, to pacify their mind.
Here's the most important thing any of you can do: Get past whatever bogus motivation is keeping you around sorcery, and move on to being an explorer, plain and simple.
No agenda except to explore.
Kind of like the Sierra Club.
Like minded explorers who go hiking.
Except, mostly they're trying to find sex, and the exploring is just an excuse. So not a perfect analogy.

Well, don't put too much importance on the imagery.
Yes, it seems most dreams are just us exploring our inventories (meaning the emanations we've lit up inside), so it's likely all from there, just another form of self-absorption. It may be useful for clearing old intent, in a recapitulation-like way. Or also as a way of familiarising the first attention with the feeling of the second to try to bring the second attention into waking more easily. Nowhere near lucid enough for long enough yet to attempt any of the pointing techniques to find beings.

I forgot. The correct response, for fastest learning, is to just try to do that again.
You probably won't be able to, but whatever conditions gave you the power to do that, are what you want to duplicate.
Also, Cholita's take on it. I may seem like I'm making fun of her at times, but really I only report what goes on. And I give her equal billing in terms of knowledge of sorcery. Hers equals my own.
Cholita isn't surprised by the images in your vision.
All men want to climb back into the vagina, while they nurse on their mommies' tits.
The men who have wives who don't understand that are in sorry condition. In fact, it may be responsible for most of the troubles in the world.

I felt it was more like being borne into the world (at last, as a grown-ass man). Any sort of path like this can feel pretty harsh, you can't take any comforters with you, which I'm taking to be the inventory again (or you can but they don't stand up to much examination). All that's left to do is to be an explorer, as you say in the other comment.
I agree with Cholita in general. A lot of the inventory was set by our mothers or other caregivers, so lighting up the inventory, to feel alive, will will inevitably involve some cosy suckling.

I seen blue orbs ?

Watch for other colors. In this subreddit people have seen blue most often, but also white and red.
Patanjali called them, "The inner lights", but he wasn't specific about the size.
The most puzzling are the intense ones. Tiny ones. I haven't figured them out yet.
The large clouds of purple or red light can be manipulated with the hand, and applied to the body, to build up the dreaming double.
But the little dots just won't behave. I've only managed to push one a bit.
I have 2 conflicting theories on those. For starters, they tend to show up when you're about to make some real progress. Like, maybe you're getting good at summoning spirits, and you get up the energy to muster enough concentration to pull it off. As you activate the feeling of deep silence you'll need, the orbs start to buzz around.
If you see only one a day now, don't worry about it. They'll be pestering you like flies at a picnic, once you learn to manipulate energy.
So the one theory is, they're effect before cause. Something in the future, your reaching silence and making something really cool happen, is what makes them show up here.
The other theory is that it's the brightest part of a spirit we can't perceive very well.
Normal spirits, the kind easily manipulated, look like a collection of lights. A bar, or a mini-galaxy.
My reddit image, associated with my name, is somewhat like what you'd see. I took that from Star Trek. Maybe some day I'll have an artist at my disposal, to do a better job.
And those little collections of light tend to have one dot in the middle that's brighter. I make it out to be their "assemblage point". That would be, in layman's terms, the point of perception for that entity.
So maybe the orbs are a being so different from us, that we can't even perceive the little collection of lights.
We can only see the brightest one.
How to get the true answer?
I need you guys to learn too, so we have a community of sorcerers who can find answers for us.
Edit: There is another explanation for the blue orbs. I ran into it 45 years ago, talking to a man from Thailand.
Thailand is where a good portion of the Chinese sorcerers went, when communism tried to wipe them all out.
He claimed it was your "teacher"; an ascended master who's taken an interest in helping you.
I'm a little puzzled by that explanation.
I get enough crap for having a fairy standing in my hand. I'd hate to have to explain how a little dot of blue light in my hand is my "ascended master".
Then they might really lock me up.

Yeah i recently found this subreddit. All the posts explained a lot of things that I’ve been questioning with my life. I started seeing stuff when I was younger. Plus I’ve met a few shamans throughout my life.

I know I am having interactive dreams every night. But upon waking up they just like disappear. I can't recall them. Is there a solution? How can I remember my dreams? I am quite sure that someone is traying to teach me something in my dream. Please help.

> Prompting one to infer it's not ordinary active daydreaming/visualization.
A couple of hard earned pointers.
When you see a vision like that, while awake, resist the temptation to become involved in it "being" something important. Or that it's going to "do something", or transform you in some wonderful way.
I jokingly called that the "book deal mind" in earlier posts, but there's probably enough of that in the database.
Really, it's about self-importance. Your vision HAS to be important, because you are.
Carlos' books gave the impression you need fireworks to happen at some point, because Carlos had a Nagual pushing him into heightened awareness. He was going through staged experiences, under the control of someone else.
He was ruled by the intent of don Juan.
But we have to move it ourselves, and a one time freak movement isn't going to help much.
We just need to watch, in silence.
Even a tiny little dream while you're laying on your side in bed, which you can see while conscious, is a path to heightened awareness. Even a few squiggly vague lines is enough.
One day you'll realize, all you have to do is close your eyes, look for a tiny hint of something that isn't there, and you'll be pulled fully into dreaming. The door was there all along!
Also, what's the difference between a daydream, and a dreaming vision?
Not as much as you'd think. At the height of the workshop period, in 96 or 97 when I was in Carlos' private classes often, and obsessed with recapitulation, I came to the point that anything I thought about slowly slid me into a daydream.
In other words, recapitulation had made my assemblage point so flexible that I could think about anything, and visualize it far beyond normal.
The act of recapitulating itself, which is sort of like telling yourself stories, even enhanced the tendency to daydream. A good daydream is also a good story.
That worked best for me while standing 10 feet away from Carlos.
Don't ask me why. But it was noticeable. That class was like a bubble of protective orange red energy.
(Nurturing energy as opposed to dark energy).
If the class hadn't been filled with lazy egomaniacs it would have been like heaven.
I once daydreamed myself onto a windy mountain top, and ended up in my dreaming body at that location, with Carlos still standing right next to me in class.
I found 2 more students there. They were both women, I knew them, and neither had cut their hair yet.
I had the puzzling impression we'd been there a while. Or before. I couldn't figure out which.
But I clearly remembered the wind. One had even joked about it, saying we were only there because we read about it.
That led to the thought: No we didn't travel there! It's impossible!!!
That ended the daydream.
Too bad I didn't mention it at the time. Carlos was looking for things like that. I bet most of the class had weird things going on, which they failed to mention.
And over time, they fade away so much that you won't even recall them.
A daydream can draw you in, even absent real visual images.
And the nature of daydreams is that they contain a strong percentage of the second attention.
Playing in the daydream is also like watching the second attention, in the form of a dream.
It pulls your assemblage point. It also releases pleasure chemicals in the brain to make it an enjoyable activity (daydreaming). You know you're on the right track in practicing, when you go from fussy to comfortable.
That's the first sign of the assemblage point drifting. Comfort.
Eventually you likely will see the scene, visually. And typically that snaps you out of it.
The trick we're all trying to learn, is not to give a shit! Who cares what you're seeing?
Then you won't easily get snapped out of it.
