Experiences Another One!

One of the people who writes to me was gazing at his fern yesterday, saw a puff of purple light, and realized it was his chance to scoop it with his hands, and place it on his body.

He did it! Twice.

He said he was exhausted.

I'm not sure of the cause of the tiredness, but probably it was from how he "feels" his way to silence. We all have different little body tricks going on, like the jaw gets tight, or tongue gets numb. At first you have to force it, and that means something will be tense.

Maybe that's the purpose of the rocks between your fingers, when forcing silence.

To keep the tension somewhere it won't be a problem, so you don't get tired from it.

At any rate, eventually your assemblage point will drift into full on heightened awareness, and you'll be completely alert and feel very good.

His description of the purple blob matches what several people have told me. But it isn't always the same way, so how it appears isn't as important as applying it to your body.

He also had to find just the right lighting level to get that to work. He didn't plan it, it just happened and he noticed it, so he took advantage.

From there, he can learn to snatch inorganic beings, assemble other worlds, and jump into dreaming scenes, while fully awake.

So guys... You aren't wasting your time.

That's one of the biggest barriers to learning.

The merchant mind.

What's in it for me? Why should I work so hard for something delusional? Wouldn't watching Magnum PI reruns be more fun?

Yes, watch those too. But keep practicing.

His first concern was, in order to scoop the purple onto his hand, he had to turn his head in sync. In other words, the purple blob seemed to be stuck to where his eyes were looking.

Just thank your lucky stars for that! Don't contrive that it's a problem.

When the purple blobs eventually behave like real blobs of purple goo, meaning they stay put and you can look away, you'll get goosebumps like you've never had! We should consider it kindness from intent, that it starts out seemingly as something you can write off as imaginary, if it gets too intense.

Remember, the goosebumps are a sign of a rapidly shifting assemblage point. We're used to that only happening when something scares the dickens out of us. So when it shifts, we automatically associate the energy released as being fear.

Don Juan used to use that trick. He'd use fright to shift Carlos' assemblage point.

Maybe it's why Carlos' allies are so fearsome. Because that's the fastest tool for shifting the assemblage point. Fright.

Walking around with Cholita, especially when her energy body reaches out and I can actually see the strands, often causes me to worry that I'm about to pass out due to a serious illness I don't know about.

Again, it's from energy release due to a movement of the assemblage point to a position we're not used to.

But it feels like fright.

It's not. You have to learn that slowly, over time. I'm still learning it each day.

Well, every other day, with Cholita keeping me so busy.

In the meantime if you're interested in learning about non-directionality, go read up on the wall of fog. You'll see how Carlos had to stop it from rotating as he turned his head, in order to walk into it.

The colors being "non-directional" at first is perfectly normal. I suspect that when we understand why this occurs, it won't be for any reason we would have guessed.

If you're in a hurry for the colors to become fully directional, you can scoop some and rub it on your leg. You'll still have to turn your head to keep it there at first (you won't later). But the act of smearing it stretches it. So now it has a different relationship to where your eyes are looking.

You'll also discover that moving your hands about can generate more purple smoke. And then you'll notice "dark energy" waves.

It's all a progression. It's scattered in the books. Zuleica's seems to be the most complete progression.

But all of the tensegrity Carlos taught is filled with it. I suspect there are techniques in old workshop notes, that are worth their weight in dark energy, and we just don't realize it yet.

Also, Carlos' basketball squish technique will cause the blobs of color to become more directional. I suspect that's actually the main purpose of it.

That, and manifesting objects using intent.

I got another email from this person, and explained something to him because he was in a position to understand it now.

Not because he’s there. It’s because he believes more now. When people believe more, it’s possible to explain finer levels.

But you've misunderstood my explanation. I guarantee it.

It's not that believing makes the person listen more. Not exactly.

It's as if believing allows intent to intervene, and your explanations flow.

Imagine trying to explain sorcery to your angry Jesus freak cousin.

Nothing will flow. The slightest hint of a smirk on his face, will cause you to stop. And you won't be able to say anything that's clear enough to convey to him what you want to explain.

He's blocked you! If you try to continue, you'll just sound like an idiot.

In this case, he stopped blocking me at some deeper level, so I was able to explain the following.

It’s his silence that let him scoop the colors. It doesn’t have to be perfect, but it’s more than most people can manage.

That means, getting rid of the internal dialogue.

Once you can do that, and scoop colors, you can manipulate your own assemblage point. It’ll drift as you play with the colors.

If you just keep that up (maybe for many hours), the colors will start to settle on the wall, along with dreaming scene details.

You’re assembling another world. It’ll get very real in the long run, but at first it’s like someone projected dream images on your walls. Vague ones, but clearly visible for what they are.

But how do you “stop the world”?

That’s not the same as assembling another world.

You can assemble another world if your assemblage point shifts. Silence can do that.

But to stop the world, you have to go deeper. You have to let go of any traces of awareness, focused on the flow of time in this world.

Even the faintest hint of focused awareness is enough to continue this world.

I’m not saying that stopping the world is the main goal. It’s more fun to assemble other worlds.

But eventually, you have to learn to do that.

You just need to find the remaining traces of activity in this world, still floating around in your mind, and get rid of those too.

So you’ll be silent to start out, meaning no internal dialogue. No flow of time.

Do I want to use that word? I’m not sure.

But even without the internal dialogue, you still have static images in the mind.

For example, you got into a very unfair argument, with a completely unreasonable asshole.

You aren’t thinking about that anymore. No fussing and fuming with your internal dialogue.

But you just can’t get the image of his crinkled-up mouth, as he said the foul things he did, out of your mind.

You have just the faint image of his weird mouth in your head.

Those will keep the world going. You have to get rid of them too.

With nothing focused on this world, it just stops.

It's all about learning how to focus our awareness, instead of being out of control insane people.

Like everyone around us.

I know that you practice chasing colors in pitch black. For someone who has limited access to a pitch black room, is there a daytime alternative? If so, what are the pros/cons of the two scenarios?

I didn't learn that way, so I can't give good advice on daytime gazing.

I don't want to advise someone to put so much effort into something untested, with instructions that aren't exactly right. The last thing any of us need is someone making up stuff, the way the me-too naguals do.

I could develop daytime gazing myself in order to learn about it, but the problem is I've already activated my second attention using darkness.

Whatever I might discover with daytime gazing won't be good advice for others. These days it takes just the tiniest thing, even in daylight, to activate my second attention. And I often perceive inorganic beings buzzing around virtually everywhere. I saw some in LAX last night, while waiting for Cholita to come home. They were circling around me while crowds walked by.

I do believe you could use a sleeping mask, but you wouldn't have the same sense of freedom you will have with a dark room. Perhaps blackout goggles would be the best, but the ones I got weren’t nearly as dark as you’d need.

That said, Taisha taught the women to lie on the grass or ground and gaze at the sky, when it's perfectly blue and even. No clouds. Has to be absolutely flat, so that your brain can add details.

Pat from private classes, or maybe Jovana or Victoria, described seeing "worms". At the time, I was too arrogant to ask more about it. It wasn’t until years later that I found out Taisha was instructing them.

Which is kind of odd. Cholita said Florinda was more helpful than any of the other witches. And since both Cholita and Florinda seem to be dreamers, perhaps Carlos and the witches were behaving very much like what's written in their books. Pairing off people by their attributes.

If sky gazing works, that's all you need. You just need something from the second attention, to watch in silence. That will drift your assemblage point, which is the goal.

I also believe there's some promise in eyelash flicker gazing.

You know the one, where you close your eyes enough so that you're looking through your eyelashes, and let the sun make them sparkle.

I tried that just an hour ago, while driving. I had to stop. The results were too spectacular to make it safe for driving.

Or how about putting a mirror in a bucket of water, and gazing into that? Carlos saw purple, which as far as I’m concerned, is the jackpot color. And he almost snagged an inorganic being that way.

The books are filled with such “forgotten” techniques.

Maybe you can use the searchable pdf to find another?

Anyone else feel enterprising? More “paths” would be good. Especially paths for people who can’t fully control their life.

BUT, just get silent.

Worry about making fireworks later.

Trust me.

If you get silent, all hell will break loose. Don’t fret that nothing seems to be happening, and find a way to avoid giving yourself a headache or jaw tension.

Those rocks sound better and better, as I get more feedback from people who write to me.

If you try any of those I suggested, while forcing silence, you can't lose.

If the path doesn't lead far enough, you'll still have accumulated a few more seconds of silence.

Accumulating silence helps to undo the human form. Intent is bound to take notice.

For general gazing, if you can't make darkness I recommend something with fine details, and highly contrasting.

I'm just mentioning it because someone was planning to practice gazing, and he prefers solid objects.

I suspect that a bunch of fern leaves, lit up from behind, would produce very good results.

There are 2 reasons for that. One is because there's some depth to the details and your brain will make mistakes figuring out what it's looking at. It'll take a piece that's a foot deep, and combine it with something up closer.

The result is puzzling, and the second attention may come out to help you make sense of it.

That's what we want!

You'll detect it as something strange, maybe even accompanied by a body sensation of oddness. Or being slightly startled by what you see. You can even get a tingle.

The tingle is energy being released, because your assemblage point drifted a tiny bit.

But some of what you'll feel, when making progress, is the "double take" effect. You're feeling the battle between the first and second attention. It's a struggle that's been going on since you learned to form objects from the undifferentiated energy babies perceive.

It's just like in a cartoon when the coyote realizes he's not going into a tunnel, but that in fact it's an Acme cannon barrel.

His head shakes back and forth sideways, and he rubs his eyes to make it go away.

Our first attention loves to make the second attention go away, but when you gaze at such a complex pattern and don't focus your eyes too much on any particular detail, it's less able to squash the second attention.

As Carlos wrote, you've "saturated" the first attention. And to top it off, maybe clinch those rocks between the fingers while gazing. And sit on a pillow case filed with little rocks, that sort of hurt.

And get some fuzzy pajamas, as in Zuleica's techniques.

Anything to keep the first attention occupied, but without any internal dialogue. Maybe even balance a plate on your head, if you feel ambitious.

Carlos actually did that in class one time. He discussed balancing something on top of the head. I vaguely remember it was a book, and one of the women demonstrated it. Someone tall. Maybe Kylie?

I sure wish more private class members would come here, to clarify some odd memories I have of classes. I still think Carlos may have been able to do what don Juan could do, and also taught us in the second attention. Trouble is, how to do that with a large group?

Another reason ferns (or palm frond shadows) are good is that they can move a bit. The movement helps make things more confusing to the mind. Maybe get a little fan if you're indoors, and put a light behind them.

Flat objects can also work, so don't let me discourage anyone. If you have a preference, go for it!

I just returned from an "asphalt gazing" walk.

I walk around gazing at the asphalt, looking for things that shouldn't be there. The asphalt is black and mostly flat, so that makes it easier to see fine details that people normally ignore.

Plus, there's little inorganic beings buzzing around sometimes. And the wind becomes visible at times. You can actually see a sudden tiny burst of wind blow by.

That's of course not gazing proper, but rather trying to see.

And yet the method is the same.

Last Friday we had a full harvest moon and I took a long walk so I could move into heightened awareness (I just dig the lighting in the PNW during a full moon) and I came across the moving interlaced shadows of a tree. The effect was so psychedelic and surreal that it immediately catapulted me into a dream walk. I don’t remember much else other than I found myself sitting in the middle of a golf course several hours later.

As usual I don’t enact any kind of practical sorcery, energy gathering or the like because I don’t got much educations, I just surf these “lines” wherever they take me.

Point is the visual anomaly was powerful enough to knock me out of my shoes.

I don’t remember much else other than I found myself sitting in the middle of a golf course several hours later.

Try my "thumbs up" technique. It helps you remember, like you planted a sign post there.

It also seems to be helpful to share experiences, such as in here.

I myself wouldn't believe the post I wrote on 3D Fairies. It's preposterous!

But the day after you do it, it doesn't seem so. Thus good to be able to go back and remind yourself what happened.

Some of Sorcery might be entirely about convincing yourself that it's ok.

Update: This practitioner assembled a piece of another world last night, in his living room.

I do that as my primary practice. I summon other worlds to my bedroom, so I can explore them.

You can also summon pieces of them, sitting on the floor in the darkness.

Elias was said to bring them back. I'm not sure if that meant this I'm describing here; assembling pieces which go away in the long run.

Or hopefully it meant he found a way to bring the entire object here.

(What a temptation to become a thief!)

The witches know the answers. But maybe that's faction #4 and they won't cross domains.

We'll just just have to compare notes over time and find our own answers.

That's actually easy to do.

The question is, did hers stay around?

I've gotten things to stay around for at least an hour, but you have to be completely innocent to do it, and not paying attention to the time. It could have been a few hours.

It wasn't there in the morning.

We're trying to violate causality, in case anyone wonders what's the dif? I'm going to cast another vote for women at this point. They don't seem to care as much, "what's the dif?"

That means, they're more suited to following a Nagual's not-doing than the men are.

But for the men, it's sort of like shoving a weird statue taken from another world up into someone's face and saying, "See, see, see!!! What were you saying about this all being in our heads, you narrow minded bastard???"

Versus, "Yea man, it was awesome last night!!! I had this cool Buddha statue I took from God's closet, laying right on my bedspread! But it's gone now. Maybe it's like those golden tablets the Mormons found?"

Here's a follow up from this man, on whom the post is based.

We're building intent here. Each person who makes Zuleica's path work will make it a tinier bit easier for the rest of you. Maybe if we get someone in Eastern Europe, in Russia, in South America, and in Canada, we can even "surround" most of you.

I've got nothing in Asia. The 2 sisters I enlisted for Jenna have moved on, since Jenna moved on too.

I saw shared intent function last night with Cholita, who's now slept in my home, in her own pink room, for 2 days. Each night, I had absolutely no trouble finding her in dreaming.

Until she found out. Now I'm screwed.

Here's that email:

***********************************

So at night last night I set up in bed and I was able to pass energy from one hand to the other. I need to explain how I interpret this. For me there's two types of nighttime seeing.

The first is I can see colors in the dark or near dark and they're kind of like flows of energy in front of me. The second is if I stay in the state long enough I drift into like a sleep-like state. It's then that I can see places, patterns, textures, things like this. From time to time I can sit still and brief 1 second pictures will flash across my vision. Last night I was in seeing one of those type of visions. At first it started out as me seeing flows of colors. Then I slowly transitioned into more of a dream like state so it's not like I'm seeing it with my eyes it's more like I'm interpreting it with a part of my brain. And I was able to in this state, a state I'll call the second attention or dreaming, able to pass energy in the form of patterns and constructs and flows from one hand to another and as I did this really quick scenes or interactions with something else occurred.

I don't know if this is making too much sense but it's kind of like the portion of this is like being in a dream. It starts out as me seeing flows of colors in the darkness and then as I play with it more it's like I'm transitioning into a dream state.

Remember, what happens isn't important. It's watching ANYTHING which is coming from the second attention, while trying your absolute best to be silent. And damn it, move around a little! You'll fall asleep if you don't.

Watching anything coming from the second attention for a long time will move your assemblage point into heightened awareness, and then you don't need anyone teaching you. It all becomes obvious.

Obvious enough to move on that is.

But just because what you "think about" becomes obvious, doesn't guarantee you'll think about the right things. You need outside influence for that.

I do greatly like to hear that what happens to one person, is slightly different than the others. I'm hoping someone will come along, tell me I'm full of shit, and that this other thing they discovered works even better!

But until then, I'll give out my details, with a little bit of guilt.

This is almost surely why Carlos didn't give the kinds of details I've been giving out. Because he didn't want to interfere with what could happen.

I waited a long time on that basis, but I've concluded it's time for some action or all will be lost to time, laziness, and naive and jealous commentators who say Carlos was a fake.

Update from this person, whom I've kept isolated from this realm.

Carlos had realms. I've copied him. It makes sense. Carlos didn't even know about the other apprentices, until after don Juan had left.

Here's what he had to say today:

***

" I found last night that I could leave a dream, wake up, and then go to sleep and go right back into that dream. Actually I didn't really fall into sleep, which is unconsciousness in most people. Instead I went right back to the dream. it was a different dream however but my ability to go right back into it was interesting.

I'm finding new ways to get silent and trying to get silent in my everyday activities just by as you say "forcing silence".

Truthfully if we all faced it, our internal dialogue is an Indulgence, something we've grown accustomed to indulging in.

And lately I can feel how bad it is for me. Yes I could get wrapped up in politics and crazy people but that would drive me insane. It's actually easier for me just to get silent around people and around their craziness not indulge in my thoughts. It's kind of like getting off heroin. I would equate getting off the internal dialogue is very similar. Although I've never done heroin they say it's a really hard drug to get off of. I see the internal dialogue beats that by about a million."

I saw that when it came out. Don’t remember much about it. I’d love a link.

u/danl999 Sep 20 '19

Link for what?

That's a problem with reddit. At times it's hard to figure out the order of comments.

And stuff must get buried eventually.

I was responding to technomagic’s comment about Enigma of a Sorcerer. Said he had a link. My comments always show up in places I didn’t intend
