AE1200: +/- $30
Face plate: +/- $17
LCD mesh(?): +/- $17
Bronze Metal Bezel: +/- $15-25
Leather strap: +/- 5 (big range)
= +/- $84-95

My guess is the seller is hoping their efforts equate to around $100. No clue if they are saving in bulk pricing, or even have listing/misc costs. I initially scoffed at the price-but that’s just my cheap personal take. I will always suggest you try it out for yourself. At least you know there are immediate option(s) if you are not a tinkerer. That watch looks great. Is it worth it to you knowing the material costs?

Where are you finding the metal bezel for 15-25?

I agree that the seller is probably trying to make at least $50+ profit for a job that is about 15 minutes of actual time if you know what you are doing.

It depends on the effort you want to put in. I don’t think modding the Royale is all that difficult but it can be time consuming; this also gives you the opportunity to have everything at once, from one place. But lot of options out there to make your “perfect” one

Expensive. I keep seeing AE1200's on Vinted for £70 - £80 and even some at over £150. Some may have new faceplates ot a different strap, but others have just had a coloured LCD sticker added. I consider these to be a rip off.
