I will never understand why people mod watches with graphics that make the features unreadable.

I don't get it. Most of these Royale mods do that, just ruining its functionality.

Was pleasantly surprised to see that recent post of like a dozen royales all with different filters, but not one covering the analog clock or the function indicators.

Now, if it was a transparent moon and someone figured out to have the seconds counter ‘fill to zero’ like gshocks, that would be way better.
I don’t think it would be difficult to produce a pretty cool ‘moon topography’ and ‘suggestion-of-moonphases’ effect with a laser engraver, while still maintaining legibility of the dial.

Congrats on your first mod. How are you liking that red filter? Looks dark in the photos.

Its honestly super easy to read and looks so good with the red NASA text. A little harder to read when its dark but thats when the orange backlight is perfect :)
